Thus, we designed AZCLOUD ScaleUp to support startups of all stages to create, innovate and scale up using the best cloud solutions by AZCLOUD. If you're affiliated with one of our partners and your startup falls under Priority Areas you can receive up to 5000 AZN for AZCLOUD products, as well as participate in expert trainings and receive PR support.

Startup must be affiliated with AZCLOUD ScaleUp partners
Currently we are only accepting startups that are backed by AZCLOUD ScaleUp partners.
Minimum 2 members in startup team
Your startup must consist of minimum 2 members. One of the team members must have technical background, as using AZCLOUD Portal requires minimal set of technical skills.
Your startup must have a corporate website
According to the Civil Code of AR, the civil legal capacity of an individual is completely formed by the age of 18, considering this, only candidates who are 18 and older will be given the permission to use cloud services on AZCLOUD portal.
According to the decisions № 20 and 21 dated 29.01.2021 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic, the "Startup Passport" number will be required from the applicants of Azcloud ScaleUp program as soon as the registration of innovative projects available for public starts.
How does application process go?
Application form is filles on AZCLOUD ScaleUp website by startups
Information submitted by startups during the application is forwarded to responsible AZCLOUD Partner for review and confirmation
After the confirmation by responsible Partner is received, AZCLOUD team reviews the application and makes final decision
E-mail on acceptance and Voucher is being presented to succesful applincant.
